Estrategia de control
Despues de varios intentos sin exito de control de ruedas via half duplex, decidimos saltarmos la etapa de control de las ruedas y controlarlo directamente con PWM desde la ROBOARD.

PWM
Señales de control. Rangos [us microsegundos]:
- 800 < Zona_segura < 2200
- 800 < Adelante < 1500
- 1500 < Atras < 2200
- Stop en 1500
